Dr Mark Brisby, and the program that he runs at The Training Room is one of the very best in the country.

I have worked with Strength Coaches, Athletes and Athletic Trainers for over 25 years. I have traveled all over the country from the USC Trojans to the Pittsburgh Steelers, and all point in between, and I have not seen a performancre program as comprehensive as the program at The Training Room. Dr Brisby’s program starts with an individual assessment to identify the athlete’s power leaks and then an individualized program based on the assessment findings.

This is not one size fits all.

"Throughout the course of my athletic career I have trained with several programs and found the most success with Dr. Brisby and his staff. Prior to training with Dr. Brisby, I had suffered two stress fractures in my lower back and was in horrible shape. I was running my 40-yard dash in around 5 seconds and my vertical leap was down to about 30 inches. After two months of training, I found myself running the 40 in the high 4.6’s (electronically timed) and my vertical was up to about 35. Dr. Brisby’s training is unique, because he has incredible equipment such as the high-speed treadmill and vibrating plates. This equipment, along with his knowledge, provides those who train with him to see tremendous gains. There is no doubt that my success on the field was in large part do to my training with Dr. Brisby.

During the third football game of my senior season I suffered a dislocated elbow. I was told by several doctors that my season was over indefinitely. I was not satisfied with this prognosis and got in contact with Dr. Brisby. Prior to this injury, successfully rehabbed several injuries I had sustained in the past in a remarkably short period of time with Dr. Brisby. After doing intensive rehab with Dr. brisby for three weeks, I was able to successfully return to the football field. Throughout the duration of the season I had no problems with my elbow whatsoever. Every person I talk to from the medical community is shocked by my quick recovery and can’t believe my elbow has held up the way it has."
